Framework agreement for the supply of environmentally friendly printer and copy paper:

- January to June 2024 with multiple two-way renewal options of 6 months each (maximum total term 24 months).

- Exclusively recycled paper, with different grammages and colors.

- If possible, with CO2 compensation of the emissions generated during the manufacturing process.

- Order on demand in different tranches totaling around 16 million sheets, within 6 months.

- Delivery free of charge, a total of around 130 locations in the Freiburg district.

- No price escalation clause.

The framework agreement is concluded with a bidder.

If all options are exercised, the framework agreement is capped at a maximum of 100 million sheets with a maximum contract term of 24 months. In principle, the possible half-yearly volume of 25 million sheets should not be exceeded.
