Over the next few years the Authority plans to carry out a number of estates and facilities projects with an anticipated total value of over 50 000 000 - 75 000 000 GBP over the life of the Framework Agreement.
The contract values under each contract will vary from project to project.
The Authority is to procure a new contract framework providing a range of services, namely:
— To deliver Capital Works greater than 30 000 GBP but less than 10 000 000 GBP; and
— A framework of Professional Advisors for the development, design and delivery of projects for faults, repairs, major and small works, all of which will be delivered across all locations in which the Authority operates.

Project Manager based on the following value sub lot bands:
— Sub Lot 2(a) 1 - 500 000 GBP;
— Sub Lot 2(b) 500 001 - 5 000 000 GBP;
— Sub Lot 2(c) 5 000 001+ GBP.
Services could include but not be limited to project and contract management, clerk of works, CDM 2015, risk management, feasibility studies, business case, planning compliance.
Services could include but not be limited to cost consultancy services.
Design Services based on the following sub lot value bands
— Sub Lot 4(a) 1 - 500 000 GBP;
— Sub Lot 4(b) 500 001 - 5 000 000 GBP;
— Sub Lot 4(c) 5 000 001+ GBP.
Services could include but not be limited to: Architect; BIM Co-ordinator; BIM Information Manager Lead Designer; and, Principal Designer.
Services to include but not be limited to Mechanical Engineering Services.
Services to include but not be limited to Electrical Engineering Services.
Services to include but not be limited to Civil Engineering Services.
Services could include but not limited to structural engineering services.
