The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

— providing, installing and deploying scan, copy and printing equipment to realize printing,

— supplying, installing and deploying equipment to perform repro operations,

— providing service and maintenance on scan, copy and print equipment and repromachines (hereinafter referred to as Multifunctionals),

— delivering consumables such as staples.

Printing equipment means all network multifunctionals and printers.

The current volume of total prints produced in 2019 amounted to around 7 000 000 and around 4 800 000 in 2020, of which approximately 3 900 000 prints were produced in 2019 and 2 500 000 were produced on the current repro in 2020.

The attachment shows the number of prints and locations per year.

Due to changes in technology, student/student development, etc., the number of prints over the term may be different in reality.
