This contract is an ICT contract awarded in the form of an open call for tenders in application of Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 and following of the public order code. It is made up of two technical packages. Each contract will be concluded in the form of a framework agreement with order forms, in application of articles L. 2125-1, R. 2142-9, R. 2162-1 et seq., R. 2162-13 et seq. of the public order code. Each market is concluded from the date of notification (scheduled for October 2020) for a period of 24 months. It will then be tacitly renewed once 24 months, for a maximum period of four years. Variants are not allowed. Prices are unitary and firm during the 1 re market year. They will then be revisable according to the conditions set in the CCAP. Please note that a compulsory visit is planned (see conditions in the consultation regulations).

Fixed telephony digital connections (T2 / T0) associated SDA sequences, SIP trunk, analogue connection (PSTN and VoIP). Routing of inbound and outbound communications to all destinations, unsecured rate access, guaranteed load shedding rate access.

VPN and MPLS network and guaranteed speed internet. Level 2 and 3 network: interconnection of active life sites through an IP MPLS VPN network Guaranteed speed Internet access.
