In the context of the Dynamic Purchasing System for 'Collection, processing and control of data for images (Nadir and obliek) and elevation data (LiDAR) of the Netherlands', the Waterschapshuis acts as a central purchasing body for the following contracting authorities:

• Rijkswaterstaat (CIV)

• The provinces (IPO)

• The Water Board House on behalf of the water boards

• Gasunie NV

These contracting authorities regularly need data for images (Nadir and obliek) and elevation data (LiDAR) of the Netherlands. This purchasing requirement is centralized as much as possible for the aforementioned parties via this Dynamic purchasing system. These contracting authorities have the possibility, but not the obligation, to submit further requests for tenders via the central purchasing body and via the Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS).
