- Regularly producing test reports on the results of the external monitoring tests, including the recommendation to the Düsseldorf Regional Court for the approval of the test centers or details of further measures in case of non-compliance with the requirements,

- Participation of a qualified geotechnical specialist engineer in the regular building conferences,

- Assessment of the self-monitoring of the executing company and documentation for quality assurance.
