The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843 as amended - "Forest Act") covering services in the field of nursery and seed production up to completed in the years 2020–2021 in the Lipinka Forest District. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of nursery and seed work resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR - work size by activity.

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843 as amended - "Forest Act") covering services in the field of nursery and seed production up to completed in the years 2020–2021 in the Lipinka Forest District.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of nursery and seed production, resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR - size of works by activity.

3) The material scope set out in Annex 3 is estimated.

4) The quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Decision No. 126 of the General Director of State Forests of 12.8.2019 on the provision of uniform document templates and the application of quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract regarding the ordering of forest services in the field of forest management in the organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision is included in Annex 4 to the ToR. Supplement to the above of the document are Decision No. 79 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra of 7.10.2019 and Decision No. 82 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra of 15.10.2019, both regarding the establishment of the standard of performance technology and the acceptance of works .

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
