Dijledal is the largest social housing company in Flemish Brabant, recognized by the Flemish Society for Social Housing (VMSW). We manage and rent out around 3,400 residential properties in Leuven and surroundings.

This assignment is in response to the replacement of all CHM (Collective Heating Management) metering systems from Siemens within the patrimony of Dijledal and includes the supply, installation and maintenance of heat meters and hot water counters, the annual recording of the meter readings and the delivery of the individual settlements for the various buildings for a period of 8 years.

A large number of the heat meters and hot water counters (888 apartments) are in the technical shafts of the common parts and the remaining number (156 apartments) are in the entrance hall or the kitchen sheds of the apartments themselves.
