Planning services for technical equipment HLS (§ 55 HOAI), plant groups 1/2/3 (§ 53 HOAI). Service phase 1-9, the planning services are gradually transferred to LP 3.
The city of Rottweil intends to completely renovate the municipal Achert school. The Achert School is a special education and counseling center with a focus on learning with a complementary offer and all-day character. The catchment area includes the city of Rottweil and the southeastern district. The building is also used by the neighboring primary school (Eichendorffschule) for the primary school support classes. These uses are outsourced during the construction period.
The school also houses a combined heat and power unit with a peak load boiler, which supplies the Achert and Eichendorff schools (including the training pool) and various residential buildings in the area with local heat. The function of this heating center should be maintained throughout the renovation.
The school was completed in 1971 and is built in reinforced concrete. It has two floors, with the lower floor cut into the slope on the east side, so that both floors are accessible at ground level.
In the course of the renovation, the school is to be brought up to date in terms of energy, house technology and fire protection technology, and the wall, ceiling and floor surfaces are to be renewed.
In order to achieve an energetic solution while largely maintaining the characteristic and high-quality exposed concrete architecture, a concept was developed that envisages the enclosure of the existing atrium and the incised windscreen area with highly insulating glass walls and roofs.
The measure is funded through the school renovation program. Therefore, the constructional completion of all services is required by December 31, 2022 at the latest, and the billing and proof of use must be submitted to the Freiburg Regional Council and L-Bank by September 30, 2023 at the latest.
