The Municipality of Westvoorne intends to enter into an agreement with one Tenderer through this European tender procedure for the performance of parking services within the municipality of Westvoorne, more precisely around the two beach layers of the Rockanje core. In recent years, positive experience has been gained with the outsourcing of the

Parking services to a private party, whereby the municipality itself remains in control.

The knowledge and experience of an experienced private party should lead to Westvoorne continuing to optimize its services in the coming years. Entering into a new agreement offers a good opportunity to make a quality improvement.

An agreement will be concluded for a period of two years with an option to extend for another year.

Approximately 800 hours of parking enforcement annually;

Approximately 1200 parking tax assessments to be collected annually

Issue approximately 500 parking permits annually

Approximately 20000 euro coinage processing annually
