The subject of the contract is the non-cash purchase of unleaded gasoline Pb 95, the supply of diesel on and the supply of AdBlue liquid divided into four parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes No. 8a, 8b and 8c to the SWZ.

Non-cash refueling of company vehicles and equipment of the Ordering Party with unleaded gasoline Pb 95 in accordance with the parameters contained in the PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06E standard or equivalent, at the Contractor's petrol station, located within a radius of no more than 5 km from the headquarters of the Ordering Party PGK Sp. z o.o. in Radomsko, Stara Droga 85 Street, in the amount of 2,500 liters, A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 8a to SWZ.

Delivery of DIESEL FUEL ON in accordance with the parameters contained in the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06E standard or equivalent in the amount of 250,000 liters for the Ordering Party's own needs, to the ground jacketed tank. The capacity of the ground fuel jacket tank at the Ordering Party is 5,000 liters for ON diesel fuel. Place of execution of the order: Fuel warehouse of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Spółka z o.o., Stara Droga 85, 97-500 Radomsko. Delivery of DIESEL ON oil in accordance with the parameters contained in the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06E standard or equivalent in the amount of 150,000 liters for the Ordering Party's own needs to the above-ground storage tank. The capacity of the above-ground fuel storage tank at the Ordering Party is 5,000 liters for DIESEL ON. Place of execution of the order: Fuel warehouse Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Jeżynowa 40, Płoszów, Radomsko commune. Supply of liquid – aqueous solution of urea AdBlue meeting iso 22241-1-2-3-4 or equivalent in the amount of 7 000 liters. Adblue will be used to reduce environmentally harmful nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases of diesel cars equipped with catalysts with an SCR system, used to emit pollutants according to the following standards: DIN 70070 and ISO 22241-1 The capacity of the tank at the Ordering Party is 1,000 liters for AdBlue.
