Description:
Purchase of modular buildings for the Jean Jaurès school group - 2020-2023 Framework Agreement

- the community reserves the right to entrust or not to the holder of the framework agreement building maintenance and upkeep services, through a specific contract; - during the performance of the contract, the contractor must submit a contract proposal to the public body;

- mono-awarding framework agreement to purchase orders. No minimum or maximum amount is provided;

- the framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification of the contract. It is renewable twice.
