The products subject to procurement are necessary for the works - investment, unplanned maintenance, and connection fees to the grid - carried out in the Delgaz Grid installations, as described in Chapter 2.9 of the terms of reference. The components of the procurement object “Substations”, produced by types and quantities (according to the Table in Chapter 2.9.1), comply with the terms of reference and the technical specifications listed below:

If the awarding documentation mentions technical specifications referring to national standards that transpose European standards, European technical assessments, common technical specifications, international standards, or other reference technical systems established by European standardization bodies, or, in the absence of any of these, to national standards, national technical approvals, or national technical specifications regarding the design, execution calculations of the works and the use of the products, etc., they are accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”.

All specifications and requirements mentioned and requested within the awarding documentation (including terms of reference) are accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of offers: 18 days. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the timeframe specified in the participation announcement, the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline set in the Participation Announcement for the submission of offers following art. 173 para. (1) of Law 99/2016 and art. 29 para. (3) of HG 394/2016.

The frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded: It is estimated that one subsequent contract will be awarded annually or whenever there is a clear need of the contracting entity, this duration may be less than or more than 12 months.
