Works contract in 2 lots for the construction of a logistics hub to accommodate a vegetable factory on the "AMS-SUD" site located Rue Georges Tourneur at 6030 MARCHIENNE-AU-PONT:
- Lot 1: Architecture-stability (PILOT LOT)
- Lot 2: Surroundings (piloted lot)
Within the framework of this contract, the subsidizing Government wishes to promote professional integration by carrying out an effort of training, integration or socio-professional integration.
The content of the contract and its general context of execution are developed in the technical part of these specifications.
Lot 1: Architectural and stability work (lot PILOT)In accordance with Article 58 of the Law of 17 June 2016, this contract is a batch contract.
This contract is subdivided into 2 lots, the nature, object and characteristics of which are defined in the technical part of these special specifications:
- Lot 1: Architectural and stability work
The pilot LOT in charge of piloting the other lots (Market 1 – Lot 2 and Market 2 – Lots 1, 2 and 3).
He realizes, adjusts and updates the general planning in coordination with the other lots.
It is required to organize the phases, interventions, ... in order to achieve compliance with the overall deadline.
Common site installation available.
The successful bidder for lot 1 will be the "pilot" contractor, who will also be responsible for coordinating the site and piloting the other lot, according to a "cost+fee" formula, subject to the award of the two lots to the same successful tenderer.
By submitting its tender, the pilot company accepts this procedure without reservation.
The details of the piloting/coordination of the work are detailed in the technical clauses (item 02.21.9a. Steering and coordination mission).
lot 2: Development of the surroundings (piloted lot)In accordance with Article 58 of the Law of 17 June 2016, this contract is a batch contract.
This contract is subdivided into 2 lots, the nature, object and characteristics of which are defined in the technical part of these special specifications:
- Lot 2: Development of the surroundings
The successful bidder for the other lots (Market 1 – Lot 2 and Market 2 – Lots 1, 2 and 3) has the obligation to assist in the proper management of the schedule and deadlines.
He has the obligation to comply with the phases, splits, deadlines and durations allocated to him by the successful bidder of the PILOT LOT.
Thus, the managed company must comply both with the time limit of these specifications but also with the imposition of the planning of the pilot batch.
No compensation, no additional cost and no extension of time will be granted to the successful tenderers of the different lots because of the conditions mentioned.
The planning of the pilot company will be sent, on request, to the companies piloted after the work has been ordered.
Tenderers are reminded that, for the award, each lot is considered to be a contract.
