The contract to digitize healthcare and social services as a comprehensive delivery means being responsible for and in collaboration with Eskilstuna municipality (the "Municipality") and other actors:
Create and continuously maintain and further develop a vision for Holistic delivery of welfare services, regarding the entirety of digitalization for healthcare and social services.
Realize the goal by delivering various forms of digital support that meet the development areas in healthcare and social services:
Develop and introduce new digital supports.
Maintain and ensure continued functionality and development regarding the digital support used in the business
Further develop digital support, both individual parts and the whole.
The procurement of Comprehensive Delivery of Welfare Services (the "Procurement") includes:
Digital support that older people and individuals with disabilities use, or that is used in their immediate vicinity, to meet the individual's need to continue to maintain their independence, independence, participation, activity and health.
