Frederiksberg Municipality (the client) has decided to launch a comprehensive project at Lindevang School.

The project includes the following main elements:

- Maintenance including replacement of roof, renovation of windows, review and replacement of installations, etc. including new ventilation

- Modernisation of e.g. classrooms and classrooms

- Rehousing

In order to be able to complete the project, the Client will enter into an agreement on turnkey consultancy on the terms stated in the complete tender documents.

The tender includes comprehensive consultancy in connection with the modernisation and maintenance of Lindevang School.

The tender shall be conducted as a tender with negotiation under the rules of §§ 61-66 of the Tender Act.

The tender process consists of 3 phases:

A. Prequalification

B. Initial offer and negotiation

C. Final offers and allocation

The tender documents are available at the web address www.rib-software.dk (also referred to as Building Web). The prequalification is entitled Lindevang School – total consultancy with tender number TN842105A.

Applicants wishing to be pre-qualified must, in accordance with Section 148 of the Tender Act, submit an application in the form of completed ESPD.

The mandatory grounds for exclusion apply in this tender, cf. sections 134a, 135 - 136 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. In addition, the voluntary ground for exclusion in section 137(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act applies. The application will not be considered if the applicant is covered by these grounds for exclusion and the applicant does not subsequently document its reliability in accordance with section 138 of the Danish Public Procurement Act.

The ESPD shall contain the information contained in the tender documents, including the contract notice.

The SPD delivered is the applicant's own indication of suitability and that the applicant is not subject to the exclusion grounds applicable for the tender.

The applicant must be aware that it is the sole responsibility of the applicant that the pre-qualification request (ESPD) is complete and complies with all requirements.

If the applicant wishes to apply the self-cleaning rule in section 138 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, the application must also be accompanied by the relevant documentation that the applicant is reliable. ESPD is part of the tender documents on Byggeweb and must be completed on Byggeweb's website. In the ESPD, the applicant must indicate compliance with the required requirements regarding economic and financial standing, cf. section 2.4.2 below.

In the ESPD, the applicant shall provide reference information, where appropriate as an annex to the ESPD, in accordance with Section 2.4.3 below
