The subject of the contract includes the delivery of the above-mentioned articles, i.e. margarine for spreading bread in a cube of 250g with a fat content of 60% in 100g of the product, margarine for spreading bread in a cube 250g with a fat content of 40% in 100g of the product and edible vegetable oil to prisons and detention centers in the Lublin District.

The ordered assortment must be fresh, of good quality, free from defects, delivered in accordance with sanitary requirements and the HACCP system, with a shelf life allowing it to be stored for the period indicated by the Ordering Party from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters. Each package must contain the following particulars:

- the name of the food

- data on the ingredients present in the foodstuff

- the date of minimum durability or the best-before date on the label

- identity of the manufacturer of the foodstuff

- storage conditions

The subject of the order is the delivery of:

1) margarine for spreading bread in a cube 250g with a fat content of 60% in 100g of product - 42800 kg

2) margarine for spreading bread in a cube 250g with a fat content of 40% in 100g of product - 34800 kg

3) edible vegetable oil - 22300 L
