Expansion and modernization of sewage treatment plants in Bielawa and Dzierżoniów in the scope of:

1/ modernization of the grating node along with the construction of a shelter at the sewage treatment plant in Bielawa,

2/ modernization of aeration installations at sewage treatment plants in Bielawa and Dzierżoniów,

3/ delivery of installations for vacuum degassing of activated sludge for the sewage treatment plant in Dzierżoniów.

The scope of the task includes the delivery of equipment, disassembly and demolition of existing elements and assembly of designed elements. Due to the need to maintain the continuity of the wastewater treatment plant, the work will be carried out in stages in the following order:

- installation of the valve on the emergency channel behind the hand grate

- repair of the emergency duct surface with the replacement of the emergency grille,

- repair of the surface of the main channel with replacement of the basic grille,

- construction of a shelter over the grating junction.

The work should be carried out in stages so as to ensure a continuous flow of raw sewage through the node. These include in particular:

1) Construction works on the grating node:

a) replacement of gratings, grille conveyors and drainage and pressing equipment

b) water supply for rinsing gratings and grids and drainage of washings

c) repair of concrete in raw sewage channels,

d) replacement of duct cover with adaptation to new devices,

(e) installation of electrical supply and control of new equipment.

2) Construction of a shed over the installation of a mechanical grating, press scrubber, drainage and shredding conveyor, manual grating chamber.

3) Preparation of necessary documents after completion of works and active assistance in notifying the completion of construction works or obtaining an occupancy permit by the Contracting Authority.

The task includes the delivery and reconstruction of the aeration system through the construction of a new system of fine-bubble ceramic diffusers, in the scope as follows:

Sewage treatment plant in Bielawa

1) Dismantling of existing diffusers and their disposal.

2) Supply of ceramic tubular diffusers:

a) active length 2*750mm – 260 sets. (nitrification/aeration chamber KN1/2)

b) active length 2*500mm – 288 sets. (nitrification/aeration chamber KN3/4)

3) Installation of new diffusers on existing stainless steel aeration grates laid along the aeration chamber.

Wastewater treatment plant in Dzierżoniów

1) Dismantling of existing diffusers and their disposal.

2) Delivery:

(a) ceramic tubular diffusers:

- active length 2*1000mm – 216 sets. (nitrification/aeration chamber – "new" biological block)

- active length 2*1000 mm – 156 sets. (nitrification/aeration chamber – "old" nitrification chamber)

b) membranes, gaskets and nuts in elastomeric diaphragm pipe diffusers with active length 2*1000mm – 112 sets. (alternating chamber – "new" biological block)

3) Installation of new diffusers on existing stainless steel aeration grates laid along the aeration chamber.

A task which includes, in particular:

1) carrying out all necessary research and expert opinions (in particular geological surveys),

2) development of multi-discipline design documentation, including construction projects (including technical designs) and executive designs, m.in. in the architectural and construction, sanitary, electrical, gas, I&C industries, along with the development of maps for design purposes and obtaining the necessary conditions for connecting utilities and obtaining a building permit,

3) delivery of installations,

4) installation and commissioning of the installation

5) preparation of the necessary documents after the completion of works and active assistance in notifying the completion of construction works or obtaining an occupancy permit by the Contracting Authority.

6) execution of the pre-audition report.

7) performing author's supervision in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, during the implementation of works carried out on the basis of prepared documentation. Each stay of the designer as part of the author's supervision will take place at the request of the Ordering Party or the competent authority.

8) The contracting authority has an environmental and location decision for the project in question.
