The object of this contract is the complete assignment of a project developer of a multi-functional passive building located at avenue de Roovere 9 in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean as part of the sustainable neighborhood contract "Around the Parc de l'Ouest" - Operation 1.1 - West Neighborhood Center.

The object of this contract is the complete assignment of a project developer of a multi-functional passive building located at avenue de Roovere 9 in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean as part of the sustainable neighborhood contract "Around the Parc de l'Ouest" - Operation 1.1 - West Neighborhood Center.

The building will include several levels.

Initially, their assignments will be as follows: offices for various associations of +/- 1 000 m 2 , 2 multipurpose rooms of +/- 250 m 2 each, a multi-sport hall of + - 800 m 2 , a Horeca area, changing rooms for the adjoining football pitch (Parc Marie José), collective areas and a function accommodation of +/- 80 m 2 . All premises and public spaces surrounding the building must be fully accessible to people with disabilities (motor, visual, auditory, ...).

The mission includes the inventory of reusable materials present in the existing building, the complete design of the project (building and public space), as well as all the permit applications, the control and the follow-up of the building site (disassembly of the reusable materials, the demolition of the remainder of the existing building, clearance of the land and construction of the planned building).

This building will respect the environmental and energy performance criteria of passive buildings.
