The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel – high-methane natural gas type E, including the supply and distribution of gas to the facilities of "Uzdrowisko Rymanów" S.A.
The list of gas consumption points, contractual capacity, forecasted gas consumption over a period of 15 months, the list of gas equipment in relation to individual collection points and other relevant information are described in Annex 12 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the Order and in the Annexes to the OPZ. Information on historical gas consumption in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 at all consumption points is included in Annex 1 to the OPZ. The planned, estimated gas consumption in individual months during the term of the contract in kWh is included in Appendix No. 2 to the OPZ. The contracting authority informs that part of the gaseous fuel collected is allocated for the needs referred to in Article 62b(1)(2)(d) of the Act, i.e. for health care services financed from public funds.

The Contracting Authority has not divided the order into parts and does not allow the submission of partial offers. The list of gas consumption points, contractual capacity, forecasted gas consumption over a period of 15 months, the list of gas equipment in relation to individual collection points and other relevant information are described in Annex 12 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the Order and in the Annexes to the OPZ. Information on historical gas consumption in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 at all consumption points is included in Annex 1 to the OPZ. The planned, estimated gas consumption in individual months during the term of the contract in kWh is included in Appendix No. 2 to the OPZ. The Contracting Authority informs that part of the gaseous fuel collected is allocated for the purposes referred to in Article 62b(1)(2)(d) of the Act, i.e. for health care services financed from public funds, to the extent that gaseous fuel is used for the purposes of providing these services. The statement in this respect constitutes Appendix No. 3 to opz., the Contractor will be obliged to take into account the above fact when preparing the offer. The Ordering Party informs that part of the purchased gas fuel is exempt from the obligation to charge excise duty. Information in this respect can be found in Annex 4 to the OPZ. The indicated consumption of natural gas is an estimate and indicative, which serves only to value and then compare offers, and consequently does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to purchase gas in the given quantity. This amount may be reduced during the contract period, and the settlement will take place on the basis of the actual gas consumption in individual facilities, in accordance with the meter readings according to the unit price resulting from the Contractor's offer. The Ordering Party also informs that:
- The current seller of gas fuel is PGNiG sp. z o.o., J. Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warsaw.
- The concluded comprehensive agreement No. 010/2022/2600/UP is valid until 30.09.2022 and does not require termination.
-. Deliveries and distribution services will be performed under the conditions set out in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law Journal of Laws 2022.1385 and implementing regulations to the Act and in accordance with the provisions of the DSO Tariff. The quality parameters of gaseous fuels are regulated by the provisions of the Energy Law, implementing acts (in particular the Announcement of the Minister of Energy of 16 May 2018 on the publication of a uniform text of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158) and Polish Standards.
