1. The subject of the contract covered by the present proceedings is the collection, transport and management of selective municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Września municipality in 2024. The subject matter of the contract and the conditions for proper performance of the contract are set out in detail in the OPZ constituting an annex to this Terms of Reference.

2) The material scope of the contract includes:

- collection at source of the types of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from the owners of properties where residents live, located in the Września commune;

- transport of collected waste;

- management of collected waste;

- equipping inhabited properties located in the Września municipality with containers/containers - sockets for selectively collected waste;

- taking care of the proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition of the above-mentioned containers and containers;

- purchase of bags for selective collection of municipal waste and delivery to inhabited properties.

1. The scope of the order shall include:

- collection at source of the types of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from the owners of properties where residents live, located in the Września commune;

- transport of collected waste;

- management of collected waste;

- equipping inhabited properties located in the Września municipality with containers/containers - sockets for selectively collected waste;

- taking care of the proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition of the above-mentioned containers and containers;

- purchase of bags for selective collection of municipal waste and delivery to inhabited properties;

- preparation and delivery to inhabited properties, at the Contractor's expense, of schedules for the collection of selective municipal waste.

2. Types and estimates of the amount of separate municipal waste:

1) 15 01 01 - Paper and cardboard packaging - 660,00 Mg,

2) 15 01 02 - Plastic packaging - 5,00 Mg,

3) 15 01 06 - Mixed packaging waste (metal packaging, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging) - 1 100,00 Mg,

4) 15 01 07 - Glass packaging - 810,00 Mg.

The estimated amount of waste to be managed in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 is a total of 2575 Mg.
