The Flemish Government has laid down the terms and conditions for a guaranteed housing insurance in the Flemish Government Decree of 13.6.2008 on the guaranteed housing insurance. The insurance intervenes in the repayment of the mortgage costs of the insured who are faced with a reduction in their professional income due to circumstances of involuntary unemployment or incapacity for work.

You are requested to quote a price for a one-off insurance premium, pursuant to the decision of the Flemish Government of 13.6.2008 in its current version, including a future provision. The contract is divided into two lots.
