The purpose of this procurement procedure is to acquire internet access and data communication services for the Satcen’s headquarters located at the Torrejón de Ardoz Airbase (Madrid, Spain).

The Satcen requires the installation, configuration and setup of a redundant, low-latency, symmetric internet link to access internet over optical fibre connections.

No restrictions on protocols and ports should apply.

The required solution shall consist of:

— one primary main line at 5 Gb/sec,

— one secondary main line at 1 Gb/sec,

— both the primary and secondary main lines need to be backed up by a single wireless link at 100 Mb/sec,

— 48 public IPs.

Unless the bidder runs and operates its own lines inside the Torrejón de Ardoz Airbase, it is the bidder's responsibility to team up with the Spanish telecommunications operator Movistar to use the latter’s fibres to provide the services.

The services must be fully operational by 1 October 2023.
