La Splang, with the support of the territorial community of Guyana and the city of Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni (SLM), completed deployment in 2019. The 1 re section of a very high speed network within the municipal territory of the city of Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, to connect priority sites (GFU) to each other. This network is made up of sheaths and optical fibers.

The purpose of this contract is to designate an operator acting as a wholesale operator on behalf of Splang. In this context, he will be responsible for the operation and marketing of the network, destined for the city of SLM (with a GFU offer) as well as businesses (with FTTO offers). The purpose of this operation will be to:

- the design of the final network,

- the construction of the missing network elements, with a view to its exploitation,

- technical operation of the network,

- commercial operation of the network on behalf of Splang.

The purpose of this contract is to designate an operator acting as a wholesale operator on behalf of Splang. The existing network contains only fibers, and the future licensee is expected to provide different types of services for the Splang:

- finalization of the network design,

- construction of elements missing from the network for proper functioning (such as NROs and street cabinets),

- technical operation of the network,

- commercial operation of the network.

This purchase order contract is concluded without minimum or maximum amount. La Splang reserves the right to notify all or part of the purchase orders according to its needs.
