Sunndal kommune currently purchases laundry services from external service providers. The service is currently distributed on assignment to two different laundries. 1 of the agreements concerns washing and hire of institution textiles and wash and hire of employee work clothes. The other agreement concerns washing of private textiles belonging to the residents at institutions and in shared housing with 24 hour staffing.

The competition is limited to our organisations whose primary objective is to integrate disabled and/or disadvantaged persons into working life. Cf. the Public Procurements Act § 16 -9.

The procurement is being announced as a service contract as significant parts of the contract deal with a set service.

The competition is announce with a guiding procurement quantity for 2017. The service is undergoing changes and therefore there can be a different volume of call-offs than that set up in the price from.
