The assignment consists of the construction of 24 residences, divided between three buildings with eight 3 room flats. The residences shall be designed as 2 storey buildings with flats. Each flat has an external sports shed and a separate outside entrance.

The residences shall be constructed in the residential area Brinken in Setermoen.

Simple and rational construction methods will be facilitated. Robust materials shall be chosen, in accordance with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's experiences and in agreement with the area's location and distinctive character.

The buildings shall be passive house standard in accordance with NS 3700:2013.

The ground floor flats have stairless access and fulfil the accessibility requirements. The flats'layout plan has a lifetime standard.

The 3 blocks of flats have a total area of approx. 2 015 m2 GFA and approx. 1 545 m2 GFA.

The assignment includes engineering design services for and the construction of 24 garages, with the accompanying storage sheds, divided between 3 garage buildings. The garage buildings have a total area of approx. 546 m2 GFA.
