Bodø municipality shall carry out a minor reconstruction works and renovation of former Vollen nursing home. The building shall be used as temporary office workplaces while the New City Hall in Bodø is being built. The employees that have their current office workplaces in the existing City Hall and in the former Norge bank's premises shall be relocated and the premises at former Vollen nursing home shall be used while the New City Hall is being built. The objective is to gather the administration in Bodø municipality to 1 location.

This tender notice includes electro technical works i.a. replacing distributors and the upgrading of the electrical installations, distribution network for data points, emergency and marking lights, general lighting and workplace lighting, etc.
