This global project under the project management of the RMN-GP and under the project management of the chief architect of historic monuments concerns the restoration of the facades and exterior joinery, the balconies of the nave, pylons and peristyle, as well as the restoration of the Antin Palace.

Mosaic-limestone restoration- restoration of mosaic floors in the exterior peristyle and in the nave;
- restoration of limestone steps in the nave and in the north and south pylons PYN and PYS.
Plaster and staff restoration - painting- restoration and restitution of staff caissons on the underside of the balcony floors, revision of the vaults of the ceilings of the R + 1 of the balconies;
- restoration of staff ornaments in the peristyle and the north and south PYN and PYS pylons, work on the ceilings of the cart passages.
Restoration of decorations- restoration of the elevations, vaults and stucco ceilings of the north and south pylons, enhancement of the monumental Paddock staircase;
- realization of a bronzine on the railing of the monumental staircase;
- restoration of stone and marble stucco elevations, ceilings and vaults;
- restitution of elevation in stucco stone.
Parquet floors- restoration of oak parquet on the balconies of the nave, oak steps of the stairs: supply and installation of new parquet (approximately 3,180 m

Restoration of mosaics / hard floors- restoration of marble mosaic floors and porcelain stoneware, limestone floors;

Restoration of metal structures- restoration of the structures of the balconies of the nave including treatment by intumescent paint and preparation of the support and lead constraints, finishing paint;
- control of the sanitary condition of metal balcony joists, replacement of joists in research, finishing treatment.
