The Danish Business Authority is responsible for administering a number of compensation schemes initiated by the government as a result of the COVID-19 situation. The reason for the tender is that the agency needs assistance with audit assistance etc. regarding two of these compensation schemes; fixed costs and lost revenue.

The Danish Business Authority wishes to enter into a 4-year framework agreement on audit services etc. with an expected value of DKK 20 million and a maximum financial framework of DKK 30 million.

The framework agreement wishes to be able to purchase assistance for the compensation schemes on fixed costs and lost revenue, respectively, cf. the following.

The compensation scheme for fixed costs aims to cover companies' fixed costs if they have suffered a loss of turnover as a result of the COVID-19 situation. In connection with the processing of final settlement cases under this scheme, the Agency needs assistance in order to assess accounting and auditing issues. In addition, the agency needs expert assistance in handling cases with a high risk of fraud.

The compensation scheme for lost revenue aims to cover a company's lost revenue due to the COVID-19 situation. In connection with the processing of final settlement cases, the Agency also needs assistance in this scheme to be able to assess accounting and auditing issues.
