Information on the rating:
The contract shall be awarded to the most economical tender meeting the terms of the invitation to tender. The sole award criterion is the lowest price.
Compared to the previous energy tenders, the available tender documents have the following significant changes:
- The bidder submits a service price separately for the delivery years 2024 to 2027. This will be evaluated.
- The energy pricing for all consumption points (SLP and RLM) will take place for the delivery year 2024 in 2 parts = tranches.
- The energy pricing for all consumption points (SLP and RLM) for 2025, 2026 and 2027 will take place separately for 2025, 2026 and 2027 in 4 parts each = tranches.
- Energy pricing for all consumption points (SLP and RLM) for 2024:
For the 2024 delivery year, the "energy pricing days" are within a time corridor between the date of award of the contract and 30.11.2023. The customer shall inform the supplier in advance of the day of pricing and the proportionate quantity of the reference quantity that is to be priced on the respective day. For the delivery year 2024, the EEX THE Natural Gas Year Futures*Settlement prices of the delivery year of the respective days are taken as a basis.
Energy pricing for all consumption points (SLP and RLM) for 2025 ff:
The purchase of the maximum four tranches per delivery year is arranged by the customer from the supplier at a freely chosen time - however, all purchases must have been made by 30.11 of the respective previous year of the upcoming delivery year. The client decides on the purchase dates.
The EEX THE Natural Gas Year Futures*Settlement prices applicable at the respective time of purchase of the individual tranches for the selected delivery year including levies plus the service fee result in the natural gas price for the respective delivery year. No fixed purchasing dates are set in advance to ensure maximum flexibility in purchasing and to ensure that several tranches can be ordered at the same time in the event of a low-price phase. The price risk is spread by different times of purchase.
For the delivery year 2025, the EEX THE Natural Gas Year Futures*Settlement prices delivery year 2025 of the respective days are taken as a basis.
For the delivery year 2026, the EEX THE Natural Gas Year Futures*Settlement prices for the delivery year 2026 of the respective days are taken as a basis.
For the delivery year 2027, the EEX THE Natural Gas Year Futures*Settlement prices delivery year 2027 of the respective days are taken as a basis.
- A tolerance range (+/- 10 of the reference quantity) is agreed at all points of consumption (SLP, RLM). There will be an over/short quantity billing. The minimum purchase quantity per participant is 90%, the maximum purchase quantity is 110% of the agreed reference quantity (= contract quantity of all acceptance points of the respective participant registered for supply in the delivery period).
- The bidder must submit a self-declaration to ensure deliveries within the framework of the bidder's declarations
