The aim of the contract is to establish framework agreements with three service providers. The framework agreement shall cover the following fields:

1. Consultancy services for auction design;

2. Development, implementation and operator of electronic auctions (SMRA auctions) over the Internet;

3. Development, implementation and operator of electronic auctions (clock auctions) over the internet.
