The client wishes to conclude an agreement with one (1) professional and reliable entrepreneur for the purpose of the execution of the assignment for the duration of at least two (2) years. Optionally, this fixed period can be extended twice by means of a one-sided extension option of one (1) year. The total potential contract duration therefore amounts to a maximum of four (4) years.

The scope of the assignment focuses on supplying, (if necessary) installing and connecting and maintaining hardware (end user devices) and accessories for workplaces for the participants. In addition, it is important that this hardware optimally facilitate participants' employees in carrying out their work. The participants expect that the products and services can be purchased by means of a purchasing portal or webshop. The scope is further described in the Program of Requirements.
