M21T2003-7 - Provision of mooring lashings for the maintenance of maritime force elements in operational condition:

this notice relates to a single-tenant framework agreement for the purpose of supplying mooring lashings for maintenance in condition operational elements of the Maritime Force.

The market is a defense or security market. It is part of a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

It comprises a firm part and a part with purchase orders executed in accordance with the provisions of article R2362-8 of the Public Order Code

The framework agreement has a duration of five years

the need to be satisfied relates to the supply of:

- Gust type mooring lashings used on the Charles de Gaulle Aircraft Carrier (PA Cdg) and Helicopter Carrier Vessels (Bph),

-Mooring referrals type 5000 DAN used on the PA Cdg, the BPH and the Multi Mission Frigates (Fremm),

-Mooring references type 2500 DAN used mainly on the PA Cdg and on the Bph,

-Mooring lashings type 5000 DAN in Y.

-Textile references 7m Nh90

-Textile references 3m Nh90
