The services consist of maintaining the sanitation networks and their equipment through:

- emptying, cleaning and checking the grease trap including biological treatment;

- the emptying of septic tanks;

- checking and maintenance of lift pumps;

- pumping;

- unblocking, cleaning and television inspection;

- finding and repairing leaks;

- cleaning, unblocking and checking washing areas;

- cleaning and checking of oil tanks;

- cleaning and checking the gutters;

- mechanical cleaning of pavements including chemical treatment (eg degreasing);

- cleaning and checking of rainwater drains;

- cleaning and cleaning of ditch;

- high pressure cleaning on any type of surface.

The purpose of this contract is to provide annual and occasional upkeep and maintenance services on private sanitation networks, as well as industrial cleaning operations on the territory and the municipal heritage on behalf of the City and the CCAS from Gonfreville-l'Orcher.
