the contract is not divided into lots because a unified and uniform management of the service is required.

Total amount based on tender €303,700.00 (excluding VAT) of which interferential security charges) for €3,700.00 not subject to auction discount. The amount placed on the basis of the tender includes the labor costs, determined pursuant to art. 23 paragraph 16 and 30 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, which the contracting station has estimated at €123,300.00.

Award criterion: Lowest price by lowering on the tender-based price list. In relation to the assessment of the adequacy of the offers, Article 97, paragraphs 1, 2 bis, 2 ter, 3 bis, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 will apply.

It should be noted that the award will be carried out with the deliberation of the competent bodies of the contracting station.
