The contracting entity offers its needs for the transport and treatment of waste suitable for incineration.
The contracting entity offers its needs for the transport and treatment of waste suitable for incineration.
The contracting entity handles approximately 10,000 tonnes of incinerable waste from the reloading site every year.
The estimated value of the waste is divided into 7,000 tonnes of residual waste, 1,000 tonnes of residue after sorting and 2,000 tonnes of large residue after sorting. The maximum value is +20% for residual waste, residue after sorting and large residue after sorting, respectively. The volume is only indicative and is based on historical figures, which is why the figures cannot be taken as an indication of a guaranteed future turnover size.
For optimal use of the individual container's volume, residual waste and residues after sorting will be mixed into the containers.
The winning bidder must perform the following tasks:
- Putting nets or tarpaulins on the containers to be transported.
- Transport to one or more environmentally approved reception facilities and unloading at the reception facility.
- Process the incinerable waste at one or more environmentally approved plants.
- Provide all necessary equipment for the execution of the tendered task, including a minimum of six (6) containers (minimum 35 m3) located at the reloading site. The container rent must be part of the transport price.
For a more detailed description of the scope of the task and the requirements established, please refer to Appendix 1 – Requirements Specification.
The contracting entity has chosen not to tender for separate lots. On the basis of economic circumstances, the contracting entity has estimated that a more favourable price can be obtained with an overall agreement. In order to ensure the quality and coherence of the overall tendered task, it is considered appropriate to have a single Framework Agreement, just as a division, based on a market situation, is not considered to give additional companies – including SMEs – the opportunity to submit tenders.
