MALDI-ToF MS System

Delivery and ready-to-use installation of an automated MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry system (hereinafter: system) for the exact mass determination of biomolecules and identification of microorganisms (bacteria and molds) for research purposes, including installation of the associated computer system and the required software. Furthermore, a german or English-language operating instructions, preferably in electronic form, for the entire system as well as an expert initial instruction in the entire system by a German-speaking technician or application specialist at the customer's site and at least two days of application training for at least four and a maximum of eight employees of the client take place on site at the client's site. Furthermore, annual maintenance of the system must be carried out for a period of five years from the date of operational installation. In addition, the Contractor shall make the regular updates of the Reference Spectra Library available electronically for a period of at least five years from the operational set-up and shall guarantee hardware and software telephone support in the form of a hotline as well as on-site customer service at the Client for a period of at least five years from the operational set-up.
