Tromsø municipality has a building portfolio with a total area of approx. 470,000 m2. The buildings must be managed in a responsible manner, which means that the municipality must ensure that the buildings are safe and adapted to the needs of the users.

It is therefore necessary to carry out a survey of the condition of selected buildings. Based on the survey, the municipality will be able to prepare better maintenance plans and prioritise the necessary measures to ensure that the buildings function optimally and meet the needs of users.

The assignment includes mapping the majority of Tromsø municipality's purpose-built buildings over a period of approx. 2 years. Continuous progress is planned for the assignment, which means that the tenderer must have the capacity to allocate nearly 100% of the usage time for several resources.
