The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and Finnish institute for health and welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer” ) requested tenders for Hepatitis A Vaccine (HAV) belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland.

The purpose of STM and the Customer was to procure Hepatitis A Vaccine (HAV) required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The tendered vaccines must be suitable for children and adults.
