The contracting authority requests tenders for delivery of services for new general valuations of objects relevant to the levying of property tax in Hvaler Municipality in 2024, pursuant to the Property Tax Act.

The purpose of the procurement is to implement a new general valuation in order to update the property tax appraisals in Hvaler Municipality.

The property mass is roughly divided into approx. 2,200 houses, 4,400 leisure houses and other miscellaneous 2/4-person houses. Farm buildings, sea sheds/boathouses and regulated residential plots. The properties are also divided into 20 different geographical zones/routes which are distributed among the 7 different groups in the contest.

The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 3,600,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Lots cannot be submitted within individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

It will be possible to submit tenders for one or more groups: Geographic zone division:

- Group 1 (estimated amount NOK 556,000 excluding VAT)

- Group 2 (estimated amount NOK 456,000 excluding VAT)

- Group 3 (estimated amount NOK 544,500 excluding VAT)

- Group 4 (estimated amount NOK 382,000 excluding VAT)

- Group 5 (estimated amount NOK 471,000 excluding VAT)

- Group 6 (estimated amount NOK 453,500 excluding VAT)

- Group 7 (estimated amount NOK 758,800 excluding VAT) NOTE: Group 7 consists of multiple islands and islets and the tenderer will need to use their own boat for several of these. There is limited traffic on the route)
