Absenteeism guidance by an Occupational Health and Safety Service so that Royal Kentalis complies with its obligations under the Working Conditions Act. The aim is to set up absenteeism guidance in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and on the basis of the Self-Management Model and the behavioural vision on absenteeism. A request for absenteeism guidance for all parts of Royal Kentalis (+/- 5,000 mdw.).
The term of the intended agreement is initially 3 years, from 1 May 2023, with the option to extend the agreement 2 times for a period of 2 years.
