the contract concerns the realization of moving services, mainly internal, intervening as part of the overall restructuring operation of the premises of the main site of the University Paris Dauphine-Psl, known as Projet Nouveau Campus. The need to be satisfied may be directly or indirectly related to this rehabilitation operation whose removals are excluded from the scope of implementation

the 1st part of the contract is ordinary; It concerns flat-rate services or phased removal operations. Its estimated amount, over the maximum duration of the contract, is 1.4 million euros (excluding tax). It includes a firm tranche broken down into 4 phases and 3 optional tranches, each constituting a complementary or additional mission phase. The 2nd part of the contract concerns additional services on demand or one-off removal transfer operations intended to cover an unforeseen, urgent or simply functionally defined need in the CCTP of the contract. Its total estimated amount is 4 to 5% of the 1st part of the contract, i.e. 70,000 euros excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the contract. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount increased in order to take into account the risks induced by the complex operation of the New Campus Project of 200,000 euros (H.T.).
