Lot 1 - phase 1 - restructuring and extension of the Adult Emergency Department and improvement of links with the technical platforms and downstream care. Duration of the work: New construction: end of June 2023 to December 2024 (17 months) and Restructuring :d December 2024 to July 2025 (7 months). Lot 2 - phase 2 - restructuring and extension of the Mother and Child Unit, which has since been renamed "Bâtiment Médecine Mère Enfant B2me" in order to offer care in line with good contemporary practices. The aim of this work is to improve the hotel comfort of patients in full hospitalisation by increasing the proportion of single rooms for the building's hospitalisation units, which will lead to an increase in the Mother and Child Centre for the creation of a relay unit with approximately 85 full hospitalisation beds. Duration of the work: Construction of the Mother and Child Unit (B2me): end of June 2023 to July 2025 (24 months), extension and restructuring of the obstetric blocks: January 2024 to March 2025 (14 months) and restructuring of consultations: April 2025 to December 2025 (8 months).
