The subject of the contract is to provide services for the collection and management of municipal waste from the premises on which the inhabitants reside, in a way that enables the Municipality of Lubomia to achieve adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), records of the Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship Silesian for the period 2016-2022, by a resolution on the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in Lubomia Municipality, by Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e., OJ 2021, item 779 as amended), as well as regulations on the implementation of the task.

2. Characteristics of the municipality Lubomia:

Gmina Lubomia consists of 5 sołectw: Lubomia, Grabówka, Buków, Nieboczowy, Syrinia. According to the Waste Management Plan for Silesian Voivodeship, Lubomia Municipality belongs to REGIONU III.

DATA:

- the area of the municipality is 4.183 hectares,

- the number of inhabitants of the municipality according to population records: 7.699 (as of 31.12.2020),

- number of residents in previous years (according to statistical data): in the year 2015-7,932 people, in the year 2016-7,772 people, in the year 2017-7,756 people, in the year 2018-7754 people, in the year 2019 — 7,740 people.

- the number of properties according to the declaration with the amount of the municipal waste management fee: 2055 (as of 30.08.2021),

- the number of inhabitants of the municipality according to the declaration with the amount of the municipal waste management fee: 6.891 persons (as of 30.08.2021).

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Act to a maximum of 50% of the value of the basic contract. Details in the chapter. VI SWZ.
