This consultation concerns work to replace the wet networks for the Vesoul agglomeration community, which will result in the conclusion of subsequent contracts. This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The services are divided into three lots. This consultation will be carried out in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code relating to framework agreements. This is a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of five economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). In the absence of multiple tenders, the contracting entity also reserves the right to award the framework agreement to a single economic operator.

Realization of worksites (work operations for an amount greater than or equal to 6,000 EUR excluding VAT).

Small masonry interventions (work operations for an amount less than 6,000 EUR HT).

Small earthworks (works operations for an amount less than 6,000 EUR excluding VAT).
