The aim of this tender is to enable the SED municipalities to efficiently and effectively fulfil their obligation to carry out the annual revaluation of housing and non-residential housing and the implementation of processes within the framework of the WOZ Act, with the main objectives:

• Valuations that comply with the WOZ Act;

• Valuations that comply with the regulations of the Valuation Chamber;

• A limited number of objection and appeal procedures;

• Adequate registration.
