All costs of performing the contract, in particular costs incurred in connection with the production or purchase, transport of the subject of delivery, its transfer to the Ordering Party, commissioning, training of the Ordering Party's staff and the costs of tests and checks carried out before and during acceptance at the place of delivery shall be fully borne by the Contractor as part of the sale price.3. 3.The contractor must offer a guarantee period for:

for the delivered subject of the contract, counted from the date of receipt of the order covered by this procedure and must undertake to repair any defects and defects free of charge during the warranty period. A detailed description of the scope of the quality guarantee is included in Part III SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall equate the warranty period with the period of the quality guarantee granted by the Contractor, with the proviso that it may not be shorter than the period indicated above.

4. Place of the contract: Zakład Usług Komunalnych, Dęblińska 2, 24-100 Puławy.

5.The subject of the contract also includes all additional services related to the delivery, in particular commissioning, presence of the Contractor's representative at mechanical start-up and operational tests and all inspections during the warranty period, excluding the costs of consumables and naturally wearing materials. The list of consumables and naturally consuming materials should be attached to the technical commissioning documentation.
