The contractor must mainly perform the following activities:

• Analysis (possibly additional research) and formulation of maintenance measures

• Contract preparation (converting measures from established scope into supported and high-quality specifications) and support for the tender for the realization contract

• Supervision of contract execution of the realization contract

• Establish transferable efficient working methods for the preparation of subsequent maintenance work on multiple bridges

This framework agreement will expire if Further Agreements have been concluded for a total of 20 bridges and if a Further Agreement has been concluded for the preparation, drafting and supervision of the execution of the Realisation Contract.
