Framework agreement with purchase orders to conduct ADME-tox in vitro and in vivo studies and behavioural tests

In one of the projects selected by SATT AxLR, an academic team located in Montpellier (France) wishes to evaluate the ADME-Tox properties in vitro and in vivo of a selection of small chemical molecules (MW<600 g/mol). The team also wants to conduct an IRWIN-type behavioral test on the lead compound. In this context, the incumbent will have to carry out a panel of in vitro tests, conduct in vivo studies and provide on a regular basis the results of these tests as well as the interim and final reports of the in vivo studies.
