At Lindenplatz 7 in 83707 Bad Wiessee, corridor no.: 121, the Gasthof zur Post is being renovated, rebuilt and expanded. This consists of a listed main building built in 1864, the western part of which was rebuilt in 1990. To the south of this main building there is an intermediate building and a hall building. It is planned to demolish the intermediate building and the hall, as well as to rebuild them in a smaller form.
Six staff apartments are being built above the hall. The main building to the north is being renovated and rebuilt.

The required car and bicycle parking spaces will be located above ground. Access to the south- and west-facing car parks is from the south via Heissenweg. The north-facing parking spaces are accessed via the main road.
In addition to the existing car parking spaces, new bicycle parking spaces will be built on the property. Of these, about a third can be locked off in a
Outbuildings enclosed. The other bicycle parking spaces are not covered and distributed on the property.
The entire facility will be designed to be barrier-free and handicapped accessible.
